By accessing or using Quuque (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including viewers and creators. The Platform is operated by PT. Oxis Onix Zilo, a company incorporated in Indonesia with registered address at Menara Laswi Residence No 87 P, Jalan Raya Laswi, Baleendah, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat ("we", "us", or "Quuque").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Quuque. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 17 are prohibited from registering or accessing the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to underage users.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 3.3. You may not share your account or allow others to use your credentials. 3.4. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quuque.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Platform Description
Quuque is a hybrid coaching and video social platform offering: • Track 1: Free, ad-supported short multimedia comment threads (a per-reply duration cap applies and may change over time). • Track 2: Real-time Coaching Sessions using Rewards. • Coaching Class: Premium async Q&A and live sessions attached to individual videos. Content and features may change over time at our discretion.
5. Coins & Gems
5.1. Coins: viewer-side currency purchased through supported payment methods, including in-app purchase (IAP). Coins are non-refundable once credited to your wallet and cannot be withdrawn as cash. 5.2. Gems: a spend-only balance, purchased via a Coins-to-Gems exchange (Section 5.3), used to reward videos and replies, access or configure Coaching Classes, and purchase tier gift items. Any account, including a creator's own account, may hold and spend a purchased Gems balance this way — but a creator's earnings from being rewarded by others are credited separately as Points (Section 7), not Gems, and Points cannot be spent to reward other content. Gems are not a store of creator earnings and do not carry a fixed cash-conversion rate. How a creator actually earns from the Platform is described in Section 7. 5.3. Coins may be exchanged for Gems via the published Gems Package tiers shown in-app. The exchange embeds a platform margin that narrows as package size increases; the current rate for each tier is always shown before purchase. 5.4. All wallet transactions are executed atomically. The Platform is not liable for losses caused by user error, insufficient balances, or unauthorized account access.
6. In-App Purchases & Payments
6.1. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively. Their respective terms of service and refund policies apply. 6.2. Where the Platform offers payment methods outside in-app purchase, those transactions are processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms of service. 6.3. All prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD). Where a local payment method requires a different settlement currency, the amount charged includes the prevailing exchange rate at checkout plus a currency-conversion margin retained by the Platform, separate from any fee charged by the payment gateway itself. 6.4. We reserve the right to change coin and Gem base pricing, and any conversion margin described in this section, at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Creator Revenue & Points
7.1. When a viewer rewards a video, reply, or Coaching Class (including paid questions and live session entries) using Gems, the amount is split between Quuque and the content's creator. The creator's share is credited to their account as Points, not as Gems. The current platform commission rate is published in-app and is not deducted from Gem-to-Gem transfers that do not reward a creator, such as purchasing or selling tier gift items. 7.2. Points cannot be purchased. They are only ever created by crediting a creator's share of a genuine reward from another user, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or spent within the Platform. 7.3. Converting a creator's Points balance into fiat currency is not currently available through the Platform. Quuque is developing a payout mechanism; the eligibility criteria, schedule, currency conversion, and any applicable fees will be published in this section before that mechanism is enabled. No specific payout amount, rate, or timing is promised prior to that publication. 7.4. Quuque's revenue sources include: the platform commission described in Section 7.1, the spread between Coins purchased and Gems received during a Coin-to-Gems exchange (Section 5.3), and the currency-conversion margin described in Section 6.3. 7.5. Quuque reserves the right to withhold earnings pending investigation of suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.
8. KYP (Know Your Professional) Verification
8.1. Professional verification (KYP) for creators is not currently required to offer Coaching Sessions or Coaching Classes on the Platform. If and when KYP verification is introduced, its requirements and process will be published in this section before it takes effect. 8.2. Where a creator has voluntarily submitted credentials for review, Quuque does not guarantee their accuracy and is not liable for guidance given by that creator. 8.3. A verified status may be revoked if submitted credentials are found to be fraudulent or expired. 8.4. Coaching Sessions and Coaching Classes are a direct service between viewer and creator. Quuque acts as a platform intermediary only.
9. Content Standards, Reporting & Takedown
9.1. You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or transmit on the Platform ("Content"). Quuque does not review Content before it is published and does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for its accuracy, legality, or reliability. 9.2. You agree NOT to post, upload, or transmit Content that: • Violates any applicable law or regulation. • Is defamatory, obscene, or pornographic. • Harasses, abuses, or threatens any person. • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. • Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities. • Contains malware, spam, or automated scripts. • Misrepresents your identity or professional credentials. • Constitutes unauthorized commercial solicitation. 9.3. If you believe any Content violates these Terms or applicable law, report it to support@quuque.com with a description of the Content and where to find it on the Platform. We review reports and take the action we consider appropriate. 9.4. Quuque may remove Content, restrict its visibility, or suspend or terminate the responsible account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, whether identified through a user report or our own review.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Content you upload remains your intellectual property. By uploading, you grant Quuque a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transcode, and distribute your content on the Platform. 10.2. You may not upload content you do not own or have rights to distribute. 10.3. The Quuque name, logo, and all Platform software are the intellectual property of PT. Oxis Onix Zilo. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Quuque does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. • Quuque is not liable for the accuracy of guidance given through Track 2 Coaching Sessions. • Quuque's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of BANI (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia).
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
